Everton have thrown themselves into the final hours of the European window with a bold move for Folarin Balogun, lighting up a tense deadline in Monaco and far beyond.
The Merseyside club have lodged a formal bid for the USMNT striker, as reported by transfer specialists Fabrizio Romano and Belgian journalist Sacha Tavolieri. At 25 and with an Arsenal education behind him, Balogun is keen on a return to English football and has already given the green light to the idea.
