Women’s Super League 2026/27 Transfer Market Dates
The Women’s Super League has locked in its calendar for the 2026/27 transfer market, and the clock will start ticking early this summer.
The summer window opens on Tuesday, June 16, with clubs cleared to register new players right through to Thursday, September 3. The deadline is set for 11pm (UK time), the familiar late-night cut-off that so often turns a quiet evening into controlled chaos.
Then comes the reset. The winter window swings open on Monday, January 4, 2027, and runs until 11pm on Thursday, February 4. Four weeks for clubs to fix what went wrong, reinforce what went right, or gamble on a season-changing signing.
Those dates matter, because recent history shows how decisive smart business can be. Last summer’s window delivered a major influx of talent: Chloe Kelly, Taylor Hinds, Anneke Borbe, and Olivia Smith all came through the door before the deadline. January brought further change, with Smilla Holmberg added mid-season and Barbora Votikova arriving on loan to strengthen key areas at a crucial time.
Now the framework is set again. The question is simple: who will use those windows to reshape the title race, and who will be left watching rivals move first?
