Vicario on Grabara: “Healthy competition”
Amid the battle, there is no sign of bitterness. Vicario has spoken publicly about the rivalry and chose to underline the respect between them.
“We all know each other more or less, I remember his great season in the Champions League with Copenhagen. He's a strong, quality goalkeeper. There's healthy competition between us, as it should be,” he told Tuttomercatoweb.
No mind games. No barbs. Just a clear acknowledgment that the man chasing his place is good enough to take it.
Vicario wants to remain Spalletti’s preferred option. Grabara wants to change his mind. Juventus, caught in the middle, stand to gain from every training session, every save, every reaction to a setback.
