PSG Nears Signing of Mika Godts from Ajax

Paris Saint-Germain have moved a step closer to another major signing in this summer’s window, striking a verbal agreement with Ajax for highly rated talent Mika Godts.

“The deal is done!”

Transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano announced on his X account that PSG have reached a verbal deal with the Dutch club to sign the young attacker. According to Romano, the agreement was found after PSG submitted a new official offer worth €55 million, a bid that convinced Ajax to say yes in principle.

There is still one important hurdle: the paperwork. Romano underlined that the documents between the two clubs have not yet been exchanged, but confirmed there is already a verbal understanding in place over the transfer.

For PSG, it is another bold move in a market where they show no sign of easing off. For Ajax, it signals the impending departure of another prized asset — once the signatures finally follow the words.
