Jesse Bisiwu has needed only a handful of pre-season games to turn heads at FC Barcelona. Now, his name is already circulating on the European market.
The 18-year-old Belgian winger, signed this summer from Club Brugge, has burst into Hansi Flick’s plans with the kind of electricity that is hard to ignore. His statement performance came against FC Basel last Sunday: two goals, constant threat, and a 5-2 win that felt like a personal showcase.

Olympiacos knock on Barça’s door
According to Greek outlet Athletiko, relayed by SPORT, Olympiacos have contacted Barcelona to ask for Bisiwu on a season-long loan. The Piraeus side want fresh dynamism on the flanks and see the teenager as an ideal fit to inject pace and unpredictability out wide.
They are now waiting for an answer from Barcelona.
On the face of it, the timing might have tempted some clubs. Bisiwu has only just landed in Catalonia, arriving a few weeks ago in a deal worth around €8.5 million. Deco pushed hard for the transfer, personally backing the youngster’s potential and tying him down to a long-term contract until 2031.
