Arsenal and Liverpool Tribunal Over Vincent Joseph Transfer Fee

Arsenal and Liverpool are heading for a tribunal after failing to agree a fee for highly rated teenager Vincent Joseph, with the 16-year-old striker swapping Merseyside for north London to continue his development.
