Chiefs Pursue Phili as Du Preez Nears Stellies Return

Kaizer Chiefs are refusing to let go of their chase for Stellenbosch star Jayden Adams Phili, with the club now ready to sweeten the deal in a bid to bring the junior international to Naturena before the 2026/27 Betway Premiership kicks off.

Fernando da Cruz is busy reshaping his squad at a pre-season camp in Spain, and Phili sits high on his wishlist. The winger has been on Chiefs’ radar since January, when interest first surfaced and an offer from Al-Ittihad Tripoli in Libya also landed on Stellenbosch’s table.
